Drept de retragere 14 zile, fără justificare (OUG 34/2014). Puteți returna prin mijloace proprii sau solicita ridicarea de curierul nostru: 65 lei (până la 15 kg) · 130 lei (15–30 kg) · 195 lei (peste 30 kg sau mai multe colete), per produs, reținut din suma rambursată. Retur gratuit pentru produse defecte, deteriorate la transport sau livrate greșit – garanție legală de conformitate 2 ani (OUG 140/2021). Rambursare în cel mult 14 zile.
